Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Arcadia

No better seafood on the west coast. Pricey, but worth every penny. The service was a cut above from the front desk to departure. We had the extraordinary experience by being served by a truly exceptional server named Hannah. It was a perfect 55th anniversary celebration.

This was our second visit. We had the crab arancini appetizer, lemon spaghetti with shrimp and added lobster, and a couple of gin-based cocktails. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. The lobster was sweet and tender. The lemon pasta was creamy and delightful! Wonderful ambiance! Our server, Sarah K, was so sweet, and she described in great detail the popular menu items.

Overall good value for fine Dining establishment. Two standout aspects, that you don't see much these days, was a live music performer in the bar/lounge, and an attendant in the Men's Restroom. Only minor nitpick I have was that the bartender staff did not introduce themselves by name when I sat down.

We have been to Campo several times for dinner and always had a great meal. We love brunch and Campo rates right up there with the best we have had. Pamela, our server, was very friendly, professional, and made great recommendations for our meals. The Cannole Donut was "out of this world" and the Dutch Pancake was unusual and delicious. Dining at Cafe Monarch is similar to enjoying a wonderful performance. It reminds me of restaurants in Europe, where the waitstaff take their career seriously and see you, as the dining guest, as special, not just a number to be herded through as quickly as possible. During our 3 hour dining experience, we enjoyed the 8 course menu, which was excellent. My companion had the vegetarian, while I had the standard menu. Both were excellent with us truly enjoying 7/8 dishes. The waitstaff are extremely attentive but not disruptive and make the whole experience enjoyable. While it is very expensive for 8 small courses, we both left satisfied. Given that it was a 3 hour experience, I would consider it more than just "dinner" and just that, an experience. I will return again
