    Our server was fantastic - very knowledgeable and very energetic! Food was delicious and presentation was outstanding. We were so excited to try things a on the menu we may have over ordered! We had the Brussels sprouts, the burrata, the bison short rib and the baby lasagna. We could have skipped the burrata and then maybe had room to try dessert. All in all a great experience and can’t wait to try another new menu adventure!

    We found ourselves in Calgary on American Thanksgiving and came to Hayden Block for their Traditional Thanksgiving meal. The food was amazing, especially the smoked turkey breast! The staff was friendly and the restaurant had a great vibe. Definitely recommend!

    Chop Steakhouse in the NE is very comfortable. The food was fantastic and the steak was prepared exactly like we ordered it. The server was very attentive (almost too attentive as she interrupted conversations more than she needed to) but we didn't have to search for her ever. Overall, it was a lovely evening with relatives to celebrate a 60th birthday.

    The service was excellent. The 6 oyster offered were all excellent in flavor. Wednesday is 1/2 price wine which is a great time to go.
