Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Burlington

Hello, I recently visited your restaurant with a party of four and wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience. While three of the meals were excellent, one of our party members had an issue with her meal. She ordered the lobster roll lunch special, which came with clam chowder and French fries. She did not want the fries and requested a side of vegetables instead, but unfortunately, the fries were still included. Additionally, she found that the lobster roll had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made it unappealing and difficult to eat. Although she chose not to address the issue at the time out of consideration for our guests, we felt it was important to bring this to your attention. We understand that mistakes happen, but we wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future diners. Great dining experience!

Unlike the other two Teresa locations the food at the Woburn location was average at best. The highlight of my steak tip dinner was the roasted cauliflower and Caesar salad. My wife felt similarly about her pasta dinner. Service was nonchalant which was surprising since the dining room was 25% full at best. Won’t be going back there ever.

My second time go to Eleni, the place is very cozy and elegant. The food is very good and service is fantastic. Only the parking is a bit far. Overall, it's a place worth to go again with friends and family

While we realize that this is a new venture after Covid, Chopps used to be much better. Gone are the servers who brought you coffee, tea and assorted beverages, making it a truly cafeteria style atmosphere. This may be what some people like but after the original Chopps, we were subjected to a less than stellar experience for brunch. The scrambled eggs were horrible. Coffee and tea are served in paper cups at a station. The omelet station was manned by one gentleman who was pleasant but really didn't know that you fold an omelet before presenting it. Fruits and waffles were good, as were the bacon, sausage and cereals. Hard to goof those things up. I don't believe we'll be going back to his version of Chopps unless we hear they have made some adjustments to their presentation.
