Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Downtown Summerlin

It was my wife’s birthday so I wanted to surprise her with a fancy restaurant that we have not been to before. Our waiter Janner was fantastic with all the recommendations that we went with his recommendations. We had the Calamari Fries, Lobster Bisque soup, Baked Potato and Top of the World Surf & Turf plus he gave my wife a dessert for her birthday. All was delicious and then portions were big that we shared 1 plate and still had plenty of leftovers to take home. We also went the the other 2 floors above us which was free with our reservations. We had a blast! Thank you so much to the staff, chefs and crew! It was a night we will always remember!!!

First time at William B's n will definitely be going back. Very reminiscent of the old time Vegas steak houses with a modern theme. Even had complimentary welcome cocktail!! Our server Michael was wonderful along with the other wait staff. My husband had the 16 oz ribeye which was done perfectly n I had the 8 oz lobster tail which was outstanding. Great dining experience 👌

My wife and I were there to visit, she had never been to Las Vegas. I wanted her to see the Strip at night and have a special dining experience. WOW the view, the service and the meal were the highlight of the week. Start with seating. Please make sure to reserve a window table. The service was just perfect. Our waiter and his staff were attentive, helpful and engaging. The dishes served were first class. Please order the soufflé for dessert. If you have an occasion to celebrate or want one of the better dining moments that you will have in quite a while. I recommend the Eiffel Tower restaurant in Las Vegas.

After having 3 delayed flights getting here, we made a decision to cancel our other reservation and gave this place a try. It was absolutely worth it, the tomahawk steak had a wonderful crispy sear on the outside and was very tender on the inside. Definitely coming back here next year with a bigger party.
