November 1999 was the month Chef Saipin and her husband Bill took over Lotus of Siam. Since then, Thai food became an adventure for those willing to step out of their comfort zones for Asian Cuisine. Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers. Where have all the Claim Jumper's gone? We moved from California to Henderson, NV.. Use to frequent Claim Jumpers. Great to find one operating in Henderson. We always frequented Claim Jumpers for their quality, value, ample portions, comfortable atmosphere and consistent food. Henderson, NV. is the same familiar friendly favorite. Love their happy hour, great dining menu. Highly recommended.

A quiet little gem. All dishes are prepared by the chef, Todd, and the food is outstanding. Limited menu which means what is on the menu is indeed fresh. Excellent choice of wine and spirits.

Food was delicious. Literally every dish was better than the last! Cocktails were good and the wine list extensive. The selection of dishes was good and they even had breakfast available all day. My son (picky eater) loved this place as much as we did. We will definitely return.
