Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Mr. Tolhurst…Bravo! You have done an amazing job of creating such an inviting experience for everyone that walks in to the restaurant. Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The mushroom ramen is worth every minute of the drive from So Cal! Also, the Doctor's Orders drink is perfect during the cold months. The service is always great too.

This place never disappoints! They were also able to accommodate our large party last minute. The food and service was top notch. The garlic prawns are a must have. I highly recommend!

Incredible dining experience with top notch service and plenty of gluten free options, including handmade daily gluten free pasta. Salad was excellent and they even had a gluten free cheesecake. Highly recommend. It’s a bit pricey but that’s anywhere nice on the strip.

We dined at the bar and were able to see beautiful cocktails being crafted. Nobu Caesar salad is unique and outstanding! Love the miso cod as well. Enjoyed Javier, John and Juan. Full of info and suggestions.
