Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Hornsey

Nice ambience, food was great and served at a good temperature. We didn’t have to wait for too long and we were not rushed. Overall it was good and we had a nice time. Coffee could have been better ( had to drink it almost straight away as it went cold within a few mins of serving. Main disappointment was that I wanted something warm for brunch and as I don’t eat eggs asked if I could swap eggs for avocado that wasn’t allowed and I had to pay extra even though I didn’t want eggs. I didn’t argue because it wasn’t worth the hassle but disappointed as it’s never been an issue in other similar places.

Great venue if you're looking for that secluded gentleman's club vibe (but without the extortionate membership fees and snobbery). Excellent knowledge and service from the waiter Alkee (apologies if that's spelt incorrectly). Nice variety of new punch cocktails to try. Had a wonderful evening.
