Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Edwards

Osso bucco and 7 layer chocolate bar left nothing else to be desired. The sweet potato soup was superb! Steaks were grilled to perfection and the Brussel sprout starter was the best we had ever had.

We book our Christmas Eve dinner every year using Open Table at Ed’z. This year our large group was ready to eat earlier than our reservation. Arrangements were made to have a table ready for us 15 minutes early. Thank you Ed’z. Atmosphere is always fun, food is great. We had mussels, meatloaf, ribs, salad and a few appetizers. All delicious. Service was great as well. Portion sizes are large and prices are reasonable. We will be back next year. Thank you!!

Our dinner at Mirabelle was the best meal of our trip and overall best of any recent meals. My wife and I truly enjoyed everything from the superb service to the delicious entrees and amazing dessert. We had the Alaska Sablefish, Rack of Lamb, Tuna Sashimi, Citrus Salad, and a sweet ending of Baked Alaska. Of course, the smoked old fashioned and margarita were also perfect. Can't wait till we visit Beaver Creek again!

The food is always outstanding and the service is the best. A changing and interesting menu keeps Splendido at the top of our list. So many great staff makes it hard to choose a favorite, but Demetri and Matt McConnell make this a special family tradition! Thanks
