Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in O'Hare Airport

This was my fourth Thanksgiving dinner at Perry's. The first time we sat in the dining room which was great but when we were leaving I took a tour of the bar area and loved the atmosphere there. The two fireplaces and mix of hightop tables, booths and regular tables is so inviting. The lighting and outdoor/indoor screening are perfect. You don't even notice that there are televisions. The food is always perfect. I have the filet mignon and it is always cooked perfectly. The spinach artichoke dip is so creamy and addicting. The wine list has a great variety to choose from and I had a sample of the Rose which I might try next time. I had the Dr Loosen Riesling that was just sweet enough for dinner. The Thanksgiving menu with turkey and the traditional sides looked really good but I just can't pass up an awesome filet mignon. Joel was our server and he was delightful, funny, smart and so kind. I am returning to Perry's in a few days to meet a friend for dinner. It is our favorite place to have delicious food in an energetic atmosphere.

We had a great experience at Francesca’s!! Creative and tasty cocktails to start. Bread service with delicious infused olive oil. Focaccia di Recco is a must!! Beef carpaccio was wonderful, mussels and homemade pasta as well. We finished with tiramisu and of course espresso martinis!! Mario our server is guilty for all this amazing experience, his recommendations and timing was just perfect. Will be back soon!!

Me and my partner went to Redstone for their Thanksgiving dinner BUFFET last week. 5pm reservation and we were seated immediately. The night started with our waiter Josh who from the minute he introduced himself was attentive, friendly, funny and good at his job. LARGE selection of sides, vegetables, customary Thanksgiving sides but I loved the dressing and the gravy. Great ambiance, festive music and nice presentation of the food not in the open but each is a large silver tray that had to be opened to get to the food. Turvey and beef at the carving station. Cornbread, biscuits and numerous different desserts. No kidding quite a spread and Josh gave us the best service possible. A wonderful dining experience and we are still talking about it days later. We like this restaurant a lot! The location is great. The views are pretty looking out over the golf course. The atmosphere inside is casual, comfortable, airy, bright and not loud. Food and drinks can be hit or miss. Last night most food was very good, except Risotto dish which had no flavor. Wine, beer, Aperol spritz and Vodka sodas were very good. Unfortunately, Vodka Martinis and Manhattan’s were not!

The Easter Brunch was wonderfu!! Food & Service was excellent. The employees were very attentive.
