Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Toronto / Ontario

I celebrated my birthday at the Old Mill on December 28th. Their new winter menu is delicious! My husband and I shared the Charcuterie board first, followed my Prime Rib for myself and Dennis had the salmon. Both entrees were cooked perfectly. We were lucky enough to have Karen again as our server who is so lovely, friendly and what a great sense of humour! Thank you Karen for making my birthday so special- I was so surprised with the lovely birthday dessert-that made the evening! It was Disco Night with Jay Vasquez and Groove Marmalade-our favourite band at the Old Mill. Danced the night away! So thank you to Karen and all of the wonderful restaurant staff who work so hard. It was nice to see Irene the CFO when we checked in. I love the Old Mill -we were there just 4 days ago for the Christmas Eve Buffet which is outstanding and we try to come for as many Dining and Dancing Nights as possible. Steaks, chicken and fish were delicious. Server and kitchen manager were great with accommodating nut allergies in the family. Service was great throughout. 5/5 experience for this group of 4!

I celebrated my birthday at Olio and had an outstanding meal. My lamb chops were absolutely delicious. My wife really enjoyed her colourful salmon dish and my daughter loved her Mac and cheese (a steal at only $10!). I highly recommend the garlic shrimp appetizer. Special thanks to Kim for her exceptional service and the whole team for coming out of the kitchen to sing me Happy Birthday! Definitely a night to remember.

still waiting for a call back, they overcharged me on the drinks, called them back and the server (Mary) remebered our order as they were not busy, still have not called me back for the refund.
