Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in Encinitas

Great ambience, food and service. Definitely a place to return to.

West End was very busy so we had to wait for our table. But it was friendly, festive and as always a wonderful experience.

First time dining at Mas Fuego. Local resident from the area. Went before our movie started(located next to the movie theater.) The Eloté corn was ok, served on a stick...was served somewhat cold, not hot. :-/ Moved on to the tacos, one order has 2 tacos, and we shared the baja fish tacos and portobello mushroom tacos. Very good!!! We also shared the charred cauliflower, also recommended. They have a good cocktail list and happy hour prices. I will say that the menu is fairly limited, so I would take a look-see before you go. Our server was great. A good place to go before a movie, so we will go back for another try.

The food staff and service not only met but exceeded our expectations. The menu was creative and extremely fairly priced. From the chefs sushi tasting to the rib steak beyond what a hotel restaurant typically offers. Jose, Ken, Mindy & Chris went above and beyond to ensure world class service during our short stay. Can not wait to return.
