We dined here two nights in a row, and Anoop made both evenings unforgettable. His recommendations—perfectly cooked fish, seafood rice, lobster ravioli, and the Key Lime Baked Alaskan—were spot on and absolutely delicious. Anoop’s friendly, attentive service and deep menu knowledge truly elevated our experience. He’s a gem, and we can’t wait to return!

We love Ms. Pipers atmosphere and amazing food. We make it a point to dine there every visit to Hrand Cayman. This visit did not disappoint We shared a beautiful 2 pound Snapper that was prepared with brown butter & capers. Delicious! There was a festive drink menu for the holiday & the Santa's Sleigh was excellent. The service was friendly, fast and non obtrusivr.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Union, for the third time and it truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, and I was particularly impressed by the salmon, which was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, making every bite a delight. The presentation was beautiful, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our glasses were always full. To top it off, the dessert options were heavenly! I highly recommend trying the creme brûlée as it was the perfect end to our meal. Overall, Union is a gem worth visiting. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings
