- CCarterLiverpool/Merseyside •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoNever felt so compelled to leave a positive review. Wow. Everything from the service to the food to the ambiance was pure perfection. The live music courtesy from Victoria Sharpe was brilliant as well. I did appreciate however that it didn’t start until about half way through our date so we could focus more on the food, drinks, and conversation. So only advice would be find out when the live music begins and arrange so you get there before. Still don’t miss it though because it really adds to the experience. Can’t wait it come back!More infoPuffin' Rooms - LiverpoolPrice: Expensive• British• Liverpool•4.4

- DDeniseLancashire •2 reviews5.0Dined on 17 Dec 2024An excellent dining experience ! We have a Christmas dinner here every year, and it's so consistent. There are a few choices on the menu but we always opt for the traditional Christmas fayre - Prawn cocktail was served in a lovely sauce with crunchy bits, delicious, followed by an unusual Turkey Balloutine, really tasty with all the trimmings, nice cranberry sauce too ! Finished off with Christmas pud, sauce & ice cream , very yummy ! With our glass of white wine followed by a bottle of red, it was the perfect meal. Portions were just the right size, well cooked and presented with style. A lovely atmosphere and ambience, beautiful decorations, everyone happily chatting around you and enjoying themselves. Much credit to the staff who served us - smiling, chatty but still in their professional mode, nothing rushed, the right timings between courses, service was impeccable, in fact - Everything was PERFECT !! Thank you to The Grand.More infoThe Grand HotelPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary British• Lytham St. Annes•4.8
