Best Live Music Restaurants in Sunset

It was my first time visiting Platea (Pinecrest, FL) and we had a great experience. Our server Adan was friendly and professional. I ordered the 32 oz Tomahawk Rib Eye, which had a different taste than your typical rib eye. The seasoning used is Peruvian-inspired and was tasty. I shared it with my wife because it was a good-sized portion. We also liked the truffle fries. They were light and crispy with that unmistakable truffle taste. For dessert, we had the chocolate ganache cake which was ok but we liked "The Garden" which is a cheese cake-inspired dessert. Its creamy and not too sweet and surprisingly they add micro greens (arugula) which gives it an even better taste. I highly recommend this place. John 3:16

The chicken douglas is superb. I true gem. The snapper and pork parm stole the show. Amazingly great!! A must order appetizer are the mussels. Turnbull wine for the win. .

I am glad we gave this place another try. The appetizers (cheese and shrimps) were excellent, and the beef was also excellent. The drinks and dessert were also very enjoyable, and the service wrapped it all in an envelope of excellence. We will definitely be back! Thanks to Wilson and Luis.. great job!

Amazing place! My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary there. The experience was great. The food was excellent, the service was perfect. The timing on the food was very good so that we did not feel rushed as in some restaurants that want to turnover the table when its busy. Our waiter gave us time to enjoy the incredible ambiance and conversation. The Ribeye steak and Rack of Lamb were outstanding! We also had the bruchetta and lobster bisque for appetizers and they were equally delicious. When you go, take a few minute to walk around and checkout the entire restaurant inside and outside. We definitely recommend it, not just for special occassions, but anytime.
