Exceptional food and service. The panko crusted halibut was perfection. We were a party of 5 and everyone loved everything we ordered. The only slight negative was the noise level as we could not hear people sitting across from us. But minor inconvenience and was a very enjoyable evening.

We go to Revel whenever we stay at The Hythe Luxury Collection hotel. We enjoy coming to this restaurant. Depending on when we visit, it may not be busy. However, the quality of the food is always good whether they are too busy or not busy enough. My husband had a club sandwich, and I had a power bowl with shrimp. They were both very good with very fresh ingredients. Every time we come (for the last 2+ years), we can count on the quality of food. One thing to call out is the menu accuracy. There is a link to the menu on the restaurant site, but it is not up to date. During our drive to Vail, we reviewed the menu and were excited to plan what to order. Unfortunately, those items were all not available. Otherwise, I would give a 5-star rating.
