It is operated by the couple, Chef Juan Lopez Luna et sommelier and wine importer Lindsay Brennan. Alma offers a tasting menu experience (5 or 9 courses) inspired by the concept of "mar y montana", largely influenced by Chef Juan's childhood memories of central Mexico as well as the couple's time spent on the coastal region of Oaxaca.
