Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Panama City

Very impressed with the service and creativity of the dishes. Love the Panamanian - Asian influences of the food. One of our best meals in Panama. Ernesto was our server and he was great. We loved the amberjack tartare, the chicken soup, the chili bon wonton and the sea bass in a curry sauce.

From the moment you enter until the time you leave, you will feel cared for. The staff is very attentive. Our server Yenny was very personable and looked after us well. The cocktails were nice, not too sweet like many other places we’ve been to. The food was amazing, delicately spiced and beautifully presented. Everything was perfect about this place except the entrance. It is not explicitly marked so we had some comedy trying the wrong doors. Other than that, perfect.

Absolutely amazing food, the best we have tasted on our trip to Panama. Every course was delicious and the lamb dish for 2 is one of the best lamb dishes we have tasted!!! Thanks to Chef Mateo who came to our table to explain the flavours in the dish as it really was absolutely exceptional! The ambience is excellent and the service from all staff was excellent and special thanks to our server Gabriel. Do not hesitate to try this excellent restaurant and amazing food.

My husband and I were seated on an outdoor balcony for a romantic dinner and there was a family with 2 small children seated on the balcony next to us. Let’s just say romantic and small children don’t go together.
