- JJenipherSan Diego •4 reviews5.0Dined todayThe food and atmosphere are always a hit here. We brought family from out of town. I should have booked the Fireplace tables on the patio, but other than that, the evening was flawless. The salsa was delicious, tacos and burgers equally so. Walking to the car, you could smell the ocean on a perfect San Diego, winter night. They got us in and out in plenty of time to make our Lightscape, time slot!More infoLe Papagayo EncinitasPrice: Moderate• American• Encinitas•4.4
- GGalenLos Angeles •13 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOne of the nicest evenings and dinners here. Service was exceptional and our waiter Josh made sure our thanksgiving dinner was a memorable one. The entire staff deserves 5 stars for handling a busy night and being away from their families and making sure the guests felt we were part of their family. Well done all and thanks for making our Thanksgiving one to remember.More infoThe Grill at The Lodge at Torrey PinesPrice: Moderate• American• La Jolla•4.6

My husband had the skirt steak which was also very good. The portions are not large but it was enough. - EEarlLos Angeles •15 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoExcellent venue for lunch with view of Aviara Golf Course in foreground and Batiquitos Lagoon beyond, very scenic. Dependent on weather, outdoor seating would be the best option! Richard Blais' preparations for lunch for our party of 4 was delicious! I plan to return for dinner as today's lunch was our first visit to Ember & Rye. My wife and I have followed Richard Blais since he first came to San Diego. We enjoyed his fine dining presentations many years when he was Chef/Owner at Juniper & Ivy. We look forward to many more meals at Ember & Rye!More infoEmber & RyePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Carlsbad•4.6
- NNeilvipSan Diego •79 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Oct 2024Great place to watch sports for sure. Cocktails and beer selection is fantastic! We had crab cakes for an appetizer, outstanding. The shrimp and grits is very authentic New Orleans style. Great burger too. We are adding this to our rotation.More infoUNION Kitchen & TapPrice: Moderate• American• Encinitas•4.7
