- VValerieLondon •10 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI could happily eat here every day. The room smells gorgeous and is welcoming (and not too noisy, given that the diners are spaced out) and the food and wine are always spot on. This was a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. The service is friendly but never overbearing. You never feel rushed or pressured to leave: it's just the right pace.More infoSt. JOHN SmithfieldPrice: Very Expensive• British• Farringdon•4.8

Though easy for the bill to mount up with extras. The English sparkling wine was a bit of a surprise - I think it might be good to warn customers. We really liked it (once we'd adjusted), but I can imagine it might not suit those looking for a glass of Prosecco. The shallots starter was really excellent, as was the ragu main (though the portion was on the small side). The bitter leaf side salad was delicious and the bread was tasty if not exceptional (good butter). I found the rhubarb and Campari sorbet a bit tricky - I'm not sure if the pairing really works. The staffing was good, if a little vague at times. Lots of really nice things coming out of the kitchen on other tables (the pork rib and the chips looked great as did the ham and the ravioli) and the whole atmosphere is really delightful. Would like to come back of an evening.More infoCloth RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Traditional French• Farringdon•4.7

- AAndreasLondon •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoTHE IVY ASIA PREMIUM EXPERIENCE MENU £85 PER PERSON I arrived in my wheelchair and was escorted around the building and shown the way to the lift and other entrance inside the shopping centre. We went to our table but it wasn't the best for me in my wheelchair, so they gave us a round table where I sat comfortably and had a beautiful view of St. Paul's Cathedral all lit up. The restaurant has an amazing floor and a big cherry blossom tree that makes for great views and photos. Staff were polite anent attentive. I liked I could see the chef's busy creating the dishes. The first 3 courses came and filled our table. The portions are Very Generous and I asked the waiter not to bring too many too quickly. If you opt for this menu, you will want to eat slow and saviour every delicious mouthful. My personal favourites are the Prawn Dumplings & Aromatic Duck but everything else was a close 2nd place. The desert came with Dry Ice fog, lovely ice cream and Cinnamon Doughnuts A fantastic Feast in a great restaurant and definitely a place to revisit and bring friends and overseas visitors to.More infoThe Ivy Asia, St. Paul'sPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Asian• St Paul's•4.4
