"THE STORY Our story began in 2018 when lifelong friends and business partners Daniele and Eduardo spotted an opportunity to bring ‘la bella vita’ to busy Londoners. Using Daniele’s Italian Nonna and her traditional recipes as inspiration we embarked on a mission to bring the best fresh pasta dishes in London town! Our pasta is freshly made daily with zero zero flour from Italy and it is combined with egg, water, and salt. Our sauces are made in-house with Nonna’s love using the freshest ingredients sourced from Italy and our UK homeland. Nonna’s dishes are finished with a sprinkle of Pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese depending on preference and tradition and of course, the pasta will be always cooked al dente, Nonna’s way!"

Culinary artistry, inspired by historic Greco-Roman feasts. The Mediterranean’s finest ingredients are given centre-stage, and dishes are finished at table to theatrical acclaim. Breath-taking interiors by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, where classical myths are retold through a modern palette of the most refined materials, and comforts to sink into. Dramatic artworks by Damien Hirst soar over the dining area, whilst the eye falls on piece after piece of original, antique sculpture.

One patron noted, 'The service could have been more polished and attentive, it wasn't bad but not at the level of a Michelin star restaurant. An allergy menu would be helpful. Great wine list.' Great staff and the food was good. Decor is what we really went for. Didn’t feel rushed being there late at night except when ordering our main course since the kitchen closed at 10:45 but reservations was at 10:30pm.

From the moment you are greeted the team at Hawksmoor make you feel welcome. We were seated in a very comfortable booth and menus and ordered taken quickly with helpful advice on the size of cut to order as we wanted a large cut for the table of 4. I had a glass of the South African red but actually my second glass of the house red was even better. Dessert was great too. Highly recommend.
