Best Restaurants with a Notable Wine List in Camberwell

We had a wonderful evening at Hawksmoor, Air Street. I am coeliac and our server Lanka was truly amazing. She spoke with the kitchen and came back and went through the menu explaining what I could have, what I couldn’t (which wasn’t many items) and what could be adapted for my dietary needs. She was brilliant and looked after our table of 6 all evening with a smile and a relaxed chat even though the restaurant was busy. Love eating at the Hawksmoor and will be back again not just for the great food but for the welcome and service.

Such a beautiful restraunt and experience! The food is always phenomenal and the whole restraunt is absolutely stunning especially at Christmas time!! We had a lovely time!

The restaurant was a little hard to find but all perfect once we did. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Our starters and mains were delicious and Leela who looked after us was fantastic. Every thing was fab .. although very chaotic checking in we were there at 7.30 prompt but never got seated till 7.45pm .. but at 9pm a lady came over and said we needed to leave as we had used our allocated 1hour 45mins - I kindly told her we were not seated till 7.45 and we would be leaving by 9.30. Our waitress who was well aware of our time frame was very apologetic. Only blip - our waitress was fab and food amazing .. views are stunning
