The Amuse roast chestnut latte with vanilla foam topping was unbelievably delicious. I will try to replicate it. The raw bar selection was next - so fresh, so delicious, especially the oysters. My husband ordered the ample NY steak, cooked as ordered, enough that we had left over for breakfast today. I had the crusted salmon in a cauliflower risotto. Finally the best English Christmas pudding ever, and I am English. Fruity, moist and the light glacé sauce completed our meal.
