Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boombox, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. This place is run at a high-level with the goal of always ensuring the diners enjoys their dining experience. Shortly after placing our order, we were informed that the kitchen had no more of the lamb dish to sell. However, a few minutes later, the manager came by and let us know that the kitchen was willing to prepare and cook one for us (probably from the stock allotted for the following day). A+ customer service, and the food never disappoints.

Food was out of this world, ambiance stellar, and of course the experience was next level. On top of that, our waiter Joseph was OUTSTANDING. I’ve traveled the world for food and wine - this place, plus Joseph’s stewardship captaining the experience, was actually magical So, I’d recommend it :)

This one lives up to the hype! Every dish we had was memorable and something we’d come back for! Grilled cheese dumplings, kale & apple salad, miso eggplant, truffle mac & cheese and beef Wellington all highly recommended… the steak was super tender and tasty (we were skeptical). Oh and the espresso martini! You won’t be disappointed!
