- AAmyVirginia •11 reviews5.0Dined todayEverything lived up to expectations. The service was great, and the drinks and food were excellent. The staff person also answered all of our questions related to ingredients. She genuinely seemed to like working there and believed in the mission. The cocktails were just as good as the food. The ambiance was very comfortable. The noise will depend on other diners. We were near a party that just wanted to be heard. Once they left, it was darn near perfect.More infoSHIA RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Korean• Washington•4.9
- SSabadoWashington, D.C. Area •10 reviews5.0Dined todayThe food and service were impeccable. I had 2 non alcoholic drinks, Pom-persimmon and the pineapple ginger. Both were delicious and beautifully garnished. I had an appetizer special, baked oysters, seasoned to perfection. For my main, I had the slow cooked short rib and it is one of the best I ever had. It was served on a bed of celery mash and bok choy. For dessert I had the passion fruit pineapple coconut cake. I also got to finish my dining companions chocolate peanut bomb. I will definitely be back to try their other offerings. Everything was superb. Highly recommended.More infoEquinox - DCPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.8

- SSabrinaVIPWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024This restaurant was one of my staples for lunch, dinner, and happy hour. But, I had never been to the weekend brunch. I had extended family in town for the holidays, visiting from France, so my son and I decided to go here after asking the two teenage girls what they would like. Like always, it did not disappoint. The service was excellent. Our waitress was so accommodating. We choose some of the following dishes: Albóndigas – absolutely delicious Pimientos De Padrón BOQUERIA B.E.C* Huevos Horneados Tosta De Aguacate Torrija – this was the absolute best French toast I have ever eaten. With a side of - Gambas Al Ajillo My son felt like we ordered too much food, which we did since there were five of us. We left so much food, NOT because it wasn’t great but because I wanted to ensure everyone had dined sufficiently. As in the previous post, please don’t judge me 😂 I’m not a wasteful person. This won’t be a last brunch visit; believe me.More infoBoqueria - DupontPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Dupont Circle•4.7
- AAnnaWashington, D.C. Area •12 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024A wonderful Christmas dinner here. Food was plentiful and well prepared. Starter and dessert served by waiter. The main course and sides were buffet. Choice of turkey, salmon, lamb, and/or ham. Dozen side dishes. Something for all tastes. Loved the warm rolls. Plenty of street parking on Christmas but not regular work days.. Our second Christmas here. Plan to return next Christmas. Also I have eaten here on other occasions and food is uniformly good.More infoTeddy & The Bully BarPrice: Expensive• American• Dupont Circle•4.6
