Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Louisville

One of the best dining experiences - start to finish - that we’ve had. The food was outstanding: fresh, flavorful and delicious. Nice portion sizes - enough to share bites without being overwhelming. Our server was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The space is very cool and comfortable and the live jazz was awesome. Really high quality without being pretentious. We’ll be back, for sure!

The view is amazing. Our breathe was taken away as we watched the full moon rise out of the clouds as the lights glistened off the snow covered pine trees. Words cannot express how delicious each gourmet course was. The flavors danced in your mouth. Everyone, we interacted with at the restaurant was outstanding. We went there to celebrate our anniversary. They did several little things that made our anniversary dinner a little extra special. (I don't want to spoil the surprises if you decide to celebrate here.) My husband declared after the appetizer, this is our new anniversary tradition. My only advice would be to plan on enjoying every minute. This is a four course meal which took around two hours to serve. It was such a beautiful evening, we lost track of time. I was really impressed when the valet had our car fully warmed when we walked outside. ( The temperature was 8 degrees.) It was an amazing experience.

A new dining abode discovered. Very nice and not inexpensive, but not real pricey. Good food and service. Will return.

This was our 2nd year to enjoy the Hotel Boulderado Christmas Brunch on Christmas day. It was great fun, with a Christmas celebration atmosphere. They always have a huge Christmas tree on the lower floor that extend up to the second floor that everyone can enjoy in the dining room. The brunch is a buffet and has a large selection of meats, seafood, including crab leg and oysters, veggies of many varieties and a separate desert room! Wine and cocktails were available at extra cost. We shared a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. There were many families and the kids were having a great time and it was fun watching them. The staff was very good and were quite attentive. The Hotel Boulderado Christmas Brunch is now a part of out Christmas celebration

The chef tasting was a wonderful way to try and experience Indian food. The chef was very nice and funny and personable and delivered our food numerous times and explained the dishes. I’m going to go back for my birthday dinner with family in s few weeks.
