FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating.     Friendly hostesses. Bartender was great. Cocktails were yummy. Food was delicious, and our steaks were cooked perfectly. I really have to say that the best part of our night and dining experience was our waiter Jesse. What a gem he is. He went over the different cuts of meat and how they were differed. He gave us suggestions. He was so delightful, friendly, fun and professional. He also helped me out with wine choices. When I go back I’ll request his section. Perfect date night out.

    Our 'Galentines brunch' today was wonderful. Sara, our server gave her attention, all the staff in fact were wonderful. Our Japanese seafood appetizers, lobster hash and desserts were each terrific. Sitting in the atrium was beautifulmas it's always been. A complete step above experience!
