Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Sahara Avenue

Our server was knowledgeable and knew the menu and made great recommendations! The black cod was phenomenal and must eat while you’re there ! The sashimi salad was outstanding ! A wonderful Dining experience even if it was a big loud !

My husband and I dined at GR Steak at Paris LV for our 5th wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked through the Chunnel entrance the entire staff made sure that our evening was special. Maria the GM, Gary our server, the executive chef, and the support staff were all very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, Chef Gordon, and the history of the restaurant itself. GR Steak was Gordon's first restaurant on the strip and it's successful longevity is a testament to the quality of the food and the staff. We were seated at one of the "chef's table" booths which I highly suggest. We enjoyed the Hamachi Crudo, Breads and Spreads, Smoked Beef Tartare, Seasonal Salad, Beef Wellington, several sides, and two fantastic desserts - Sticky Toffee Pudding and the Lemon Cheesecake. Everything was amazing. Highly Recommend!

Sparrow + Wolf exceeded expectations. We were seated at the bar and were served the tasting menu. The casual yet sophisticated look of the restaurant itself would not suggest the quality of food served here. In a good way! There isn’t a feeling of pretentiousness or formality often associated with food of this caliber. Instead the ambiance invites guests to relax and enjoy absolutely astounding food. The staff are all warm, professional, and playful to be around. I have eaten in Vancouver, BC, NYC, Thailand, and elsewhere in Las Vegas and this is by far some of the best food I have ever had the pure pleasure of eating. As a has been bartender these were easily the best cocktails we had- complex and well crafted, all four that we ordered paired well with our courses- whether intentional or not.

A dining experience I’ll never forget. Our food was served promptly and we’ll presented. I’m still thinking about the pork buns and spicy tuna tartare. Wait staff are very friendly and always on hand to tell you about the menu and offer any assistance. The venue itself was immaculate. The asian inspired interiors were modern, luxurious and respectful of the culture. I intend to return to this restaurant at my next visit.

We first enjoyed a tasty drink at the bar (Perfect Manhattan) then headed towards our table for the main meal. We decided to split the tableside chicken and smashed potato. The chicken tasted great and the toppings for the potato were fresh and tasty. We liked the tableside flair, a nice treat. Our servers worked very hard to make our experience good, they were friendly and attentive. The price is what you'd expect for a strip restaurant but we were able to use our Caesars Rewards celebration dinner and points to cover the charge at a 1:1 rate. A great experience and tasty meal!
