Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Silverton Casino Hotel

The experience here was way better than expected. Not only was the food amazing, especially considering the limited vegan options for complete high quality sit down meals on the strip, but the staff was also very knowledgeable about their vegan menu and extremely professional and empathetic when some dimwit in the MGM Grand pulled a fire alarm. The manager was quick to call security to ensure their guests were safe and the waitstaff circulated to update as necessary. I will most definitely return to this location and am excited to return on my visit to town!

Loved the atmosphere and food. Went for brunch, and shared the breakfast board with three of us and couldn't finish it. Was glad we had reservation because there was line.

The hostesses were so rude so definitely make a reservation. The food was incredible. We sat at the bar and watching the chefs was magical.

AMAZING DINNER! Went for a fun night out in Vegas and did not disappoint. Energy is great as a DJ plays mashups of popular songs. Yes I sang along Food was great as expected but the real star is the service. Tara was our server and I must say, she made the experience. Tara was an amazing person as well as employee. I thank her for making an already great dinner even better. Well done STK.
