- CcharlieMiami - Dade •6 reviews4.0Dined 7 days agoI would say 3.5 star. Between good and very good. It was good, food was good and service was certainly good. Its a cute restaurant, the name suits it. Chairs are simple wood and rather uncomfortable. Ambiance is nice but wouldn't see this as an upscale dining experience. Its rustic, hence the name. The menu is small and interesting, portions pretty small and not a spectacular presentation. As mentioned, i thought the food was good but not spectacular and not sure the price is justified but i guess it's westport. Wine is definitely overpriced. I'll probably be back but not a go-to.More infoThe CottagePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Westport•4.7
- LLorraineVIPNew York City •50 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Dec 2024We absolutely loved your afternoon tea. The sandwiches were delicious! My favorite was the beet and goat cheese. I am not a truffle lover, but I did enjoy the egg salad sandwich with a hint of truffles. It was not overdone, it was just right. I loved the scones, especially with the fig jam and clotted cream. I prefer savory over sweets at an afternoon tea. I find many places do far too many sweets. You had just enough to complement the sandwiches. If I may, I would like to suggest the addition of Darjeeling to your teas. They do call it the King of Teas, after all. It is very different from English Breakfast and Earl Grey, both of which are blended teas. I feel Darjeeling would really complement your lovely afternoon tea. Thank you for a lovely afternoon, Sincerely, Lorraine PaganoMore infoArtisanPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Southport•4.7
- PPatriciaVIPNew York City •52 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024This Prix Fixe Christmas lunch was one of the best meals my husband and I have EVER had. The Amuse roast chestnut latte with vanilla foam topping was unbelievably delicious. I will try to replicate it. The raw bar selection was next - so fresh, so delicious, especially the oysters. My husband ordered the ample NY steak, cooked as ordered, enough that we had left over for breakfast today. I had the crusted salmon in a cauliflower risotto. Finally the best English Christmas pudding ever, and I am English. Fruity, moist and the light glacé sauce completed our meal. Truly outstanding service from Oumo and all the staff who were efficient, timely and patient.More infoLa plagePrice: Moderate• American• Westport•4.7
- WWilliamNew York City •11 reviews5.0Dined on 12 Dec 2024new holidays menu is a dramatic elevation. The chocolate cake feels like a warm embrace, and perfect finish after the steak with Brussels sprouts. The new bartender deserves a standing ovation – their Old Fashioneds are a solid 10/10.More info1920 Bar and BistroPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• East Norwalk•3.7

But dinner was great and the service was super helpful. We highly recommend.More infoPublic Wine BarPrice: Moderate• Wine Bar• South Norwalk•4.4
