Best Romantic Restaurants in Porterstown

It was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. Absolutely blown away From the decor to the atmosphere, the quality of food and flavour, and the service was just exceptional. Could not find a fault or flaw in anything. The wagyu tartar and duck were incredible, and so were all the other dishes. It was just the two of us, and we can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu. My partner had been at Christmas with friends and raving about until we went together, and I can see why. The staff were brilliant. Had 5/6 different people check in when passing from Management to Front of House, food runners, barstaff etc but they were all so clued in and well trained and knowledgeable it was just great to see. Even the attention to the customer. When we were sat, it was across at the main door, which I thought felt a bit draughty with the weather that night which wasnt an issue, but they had us moved when a more comfortable bigger table came free without even having to ask. Just all those details that make it very rare that a restaurant hits all things like the decor, quality of food, quality of drinks, service, atmosphere, and concept, but Floritz did it perfectly. Now my favourite restaurant in the city. Hands down

I feel there should be more sides of different vegetables. Just seems to be peas and Brussels sprouts.. would love more options. Or side salad should be served with steaks

Really enjoyed it. Good service. Perfect ambience. Quiet, but not too quiet. Lovely cocktails. Not cheap. Like €15 each, so 2 people, 3 rounds, share a plate of food, add a tip, and it's €150. But that's going to be the same at any good cocktail club these days. And I thought this one was very nice.

One of my favourite places to go, they’re just hired in a wonderful manager which I know from another prestigious restaurant in town. I enjoy both Maximilian’s and the sister restaurant Rudy’s. Maximilian is in particular for dinner, is always good quality with a decent portion size lovely atmosphere lovely staff nice decor and well priced. I would consider this place a hidden gem and worth venturing outside the city centre for.

We had a beautiful family event at the Clubhouse. The staff were exceptional. Food was great. A very enjoyable evening.
