The service is impeccable, with a staff that is attentive, professional, and eager to ensure your evening is flawless. The atmosphere is unmatched, blending opulence and elegance with the historic charm of the Versace mansion. Dining by the iconic mosaic pool surrounded by intricate architecture and lush gardens creates an ambiance that’s nothing short of magical. Gianni’s is more than a meal; it’s an experience you’ll cherish.

The experience at Andrés Carne de Res is always excellent, and Andrés Miami showed me that no matter where you are—whether in Chía, Bogotá, or Cartagena—it will always be a great plan. The food is DELICIOUS, including empanadas, chicharrones, arepas, meat, and patacones. It feels like you are in Colombia, with all the authentic flavors. The entertainment features a spectacular singer, and the costumed performers transport us to another world, filling us with laughter. In Andrés, every detail has its significance. I especially loved the yellow butterflies on the Colombian beer bottles! Having this experience in Miami is fantastic—one less thing to miss!

This was my second time to Stubborn Seed and it was as wonderful as the first time. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience so special, including making me a sweet paper crane and letting me order some items to go. This is the kind of hospitality that makes lifelong memories. Jackie, Tokyo, and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic.
