Best Romantic Restaurants in Logan Square

I booked this reservation for my daughter and her husband to celebrate her 28th birthday. I sent a note ahead of time letting the restaurant staff know and they were very timely in responding back stating they would make her experience special. Well I’m so very pleased to report back that they both had an AMAZING night! They stated the food was fabulous however, even better was how they were treated by your entire servers/team. Thank you Rose Mary staff as I truly believe she had a very memorable birthday this year all because of your attention to detail and for going above and beyond. Absolutely incredible!! Amazing food and great ambiance. The servers came by often to give us new plates and silverware. We had the octopus sopecitos, lamb biriyani, chai and rasmali tres leches cake and they were all so delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

I took my mom for a Valentine's Day lunch. We went around 3 PM, and even though my reservation was at 3:30 PM the staff were nice enough to let me in. Granted it was a low volume of people eating at the time. We were sat near the windows which added to the ambience of our visit. The music made it feel like we were in an old fancy jazz club. I had the French onion soup and the chicken sandwich while my mom had the Walnut turkey club sandwich. Both sandwiches came with well seasoned fries. The food was delicious and our waitress, Annette, was very attentive and sweet. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely go again. I would highly recommend the Walnut Room.

Our experience at Mano A Mano was fantastic! We went right as they opened on a weeknight and it felt so intimate. I was really smitten with the dim lighting and all of the furnishings--really beautiful space. Our server was sweet and had a very contagious energy, and everyone we spoke to was amicable and warm! The happy hour deal is the value play, for sure--the pizza you get when you order a bottle of wine is the best in the area (and there's TONS of great pizza a stone's throw away). It's chewy without being tough, the salt level of the cheeses was perfect, and the crust was perfectly crispy on the bottom. We also ordered two entrees and while everything tasted AMAZING (the bone marrow and short rib agnolotti were unique and perfectly al dente), we're big eaters, so we felt like the portions were a little small for entree prices. We were grateful that we'd eaten the pizza before our entrees! The tiramisu was fluffy and creamy, and the gelato we sampled for our birthday treat was delicious and custardy. The meal was very leisurely paced (in a good way) where I never felt rushed with too many plates on the table. We didn't have a single bad bite of food here, and we'll come back to take advantage of that happy hour deal again. Thanks for a memorable experience!

Andros Taverna is such a great spot to get Greek food that has a really nice flare to it. There are lots of Greek places in Chicago that are really casual. At Andros, everything is really fresh, and all of the dishes have a good little elevation to them that makes them feel very authentic, but also really exciting. The space is really well done. It's nice enough that you feel fine dressing up and having a fancy date, but cool enough that you can come in a tshirt and jeans. It's a great balance. Our service was really fantastic. The host greeted us really warmly and took us straight to our table, and our server walked us through everything, and did just the right amount of checking in on us and paying attention to when we might need more drinks or be interested in some additional dishes.
