- CCharles-HenryEdinburgh/Midlothian •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMy girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at The Ivy this afternoon, and we had a lovely dining experience. We arrived slightly late but they were very welcoming and seated us promptly, and quickly made sure we were settled with water and our drink orders. We had the two-course 1917 Heritage menu, and it’s excellent value for money! My girlfriend had the halloumi to start, I had the chicken skewers, both very nice and whet our appetites. The mains were the real hit though; we both had the goose, lamb and beef ragù pappardelle. Oh my god, this was like heaven in a dish - stunning! As we dined at The Ivy on pancake day, they had their pancake day special - Crêpes Suzette! The flambé was a delight to watch, and the crêpes themselves, with the grand marnier, vanilla ice-cream, and orange sauce, were very tasty (though my girlfriend didn’t like the taste of the booze). Not to worry though, because they treated us to a free celebration dessert for our anniversary! We were so thrilled at this, and cemented our decision to make a return visit! Thank you to The Ivy in Canary Wharf for making our first anniversary one to remember ❤️More infoThe Ivy in the ParkPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Canary Wharf•4.4

- LLauraLondon •5 reviews4.0Dined on 13 Feb 2025Great choice of restaurant for an early Valentine’s Day meal. Food was delicious, really was so tasty and enjoyed every dish we ordered! Service was 10 out of 10 the waiters were so attentive and explained everything and had such good knowledge of the ingredients on the plate. The low score for the ambience was music was being played quite loudly but with the amount of people in the restaurant trying to have a conversation it was like the two was competing with each other. When the restaurant started to wind down a little bit, it was a lot more enjoyable atmosphere. That would be our only criticism it was our first and certainly won’t be our last visit to ROKA..: will definitely be back to try the blackened cod and the lamb cutlets!😍More infoROKA - Canary WharfPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Canary Wharf•4.5
