Girardi’s Osteria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. It opened in 1999 and has been an Edmonds landmark ever since.     We had a pleasant experience having breakfast. The server was polite and friendly. We enjoyed the food and did not mined the high price to have a quality food. However we were surprised by an extra culinary charge! There should have been an explanation of this frivolous charge.

    I love that they still have outdoor dining. They have great heaters and they preheat the covered patio area. Service was quick and efficient. I had the half Caesar: crisp, cold, and very flavorful. And the large Pancetta pizza. This is my favorite pizza in the world! Everything about it is ‘spot-on’! To drink, I had the Smoke and Oak. A finely crafted libation. I could only eat about half of the pizza, so took the other half home.

    The food is amazing here - consistently - one of our group comes for a specific dish and says it is always good! Others try new things, and there are many selections that taste so good. The wait was longer than usual but worth it. Our waiter was very kind and apologetic - he seemed to be working very hard. We'll definitely be back and it's obvious the word on them has gotten out!

    Girardi's was a great place to go to for early Christmas Eve dinner with my sister. The food was wonderful, the music/ambience was great, and the service (kudos to Stephanie!) was first rate! Thank you for a great experience!
