Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.     Experience was amazing. Usually I’m not one for nicer restaurants because of insanely small portions, mediocre quality, and overemphasis on presentation. I can say I was pleasantly surprised, me and my girlfriend got the valentine 4 course special and we were brought entrees we would have never ordered regularly and we were blown away by every single dish. Definitely will be back. Do recommend

    Food was great but the meat to pink, I wish they do medium well meat. The place was completely full. The salad bar was excellent and had a lot to choose from. I love the lobsters bisque soup. Also we got seated on the very back so I was not able to try all the meats. I miss out in the grill pineapple.

    This place definitely deserves a Michelin star rating. It was fabulous from the wine to the bread to the main course, Everything was perfect The staff were superb - not overwhelming but always there when we needed them and very knowledgeable. There was a violinist who was amazing. Highly recommend the place

    Our dining experience at A Land Remembered on Valentine’s Day was absolutely fabulous, from start to finish. The entire wait staff was extremely friendly, prompt and accommodating; the ambience was beautiful; and the food was truly amazing — from the bread basket to the shrimp cocktail (the shrimps were the size of baby lobsters!) to the soups to the appetizers to the main course. And a special shout-out to our server, Jeannette, who was simply wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be dining here again soon.
