Best Romantic Restaurants in Putney

This was the first visit since the remodel and they did a lovely job of keeping the familiar along with updating some areas. The food and service was excellent as always. And always difficult to make a choice on what to eat due to variety of choices, all good. And the white chocolate bread pudding is just the best...

A little loud at times, but the menu, food quality, and service have always been outstanding here for us!

Let’s start with the important part: the food is so good, you’ll wonder why you eat anything else. Seriously everything is amazing It was a hit noisier than I like in a steakhouse. Also, after a few glasses of wine, *I* was a little louder than I like in a steakhouse. We can call that one a wash because I was a big part of the problem. Let’s look at their tipping requirements. We had only a party of five and they included a mandatory gratuity. I don’t like this policy, and if it didn’t exist, I would tip higher than their policy. Unfortunately I’m a stubborn guy, and I don’t tip on top of a mandatory gratuity, so the servers and tipped-out staff lose. I can understand for a party of eight, but I think that a party of five should not be required to do anything.

The restaurant is excellent. We were in a large party and everyone was so accommodating. Our main waiter was excellent and he was so patient with us. The food is extraordinary and I will recommend to others. I have eaten at their past restaurants (Trattoria Siciliana Berkeley) in the past and it was excellent as well.

Best new restaurant in Danville. The best Chinese food i have ever had. Very fresh, not greasy. Delicious Hot and sour soup. We also had the Orange chicken, definitely the best orange chicken, fantastic friend egg rice . The Mongolian Beef was fantastic. Will going back very soon.
