Best Romantic Restaurants in Soulard / Benton Park

We had the meatballs for an appetizer and I had the grilled petite filet mignon and my husband had the ribeye. Our food was delicious and our service was outstanding. It is a treat to dine here.

Service was very good— a little slower service than I’d prefer, but Meredith and other staff members were friendly and attentive the entire time so it was worth it. We were celebrating our five year anniversary— multiple staff members wished us a happy anniversary and our dessert was comped… what a nice touch!! Pork belly app was delicious. Bone-in ribeye was well-seasoned, a little under temperature we ordered (med rare) but it was cooked nicely and fat was rendered so we ate it and very much enjoyed it. Mac and cheese with lobster addition was good but next time I would probably leave off the lobster, it was tasty enough without it. And the seasonal veg (braised kale with sweet potato) was excellent. Bourbon bread pudding was the highlight of the meal, so so good!! We will definitely be back!

Great food and atmosphere as usual! Kendi rockin the cocktails and Nicole (waitress) her usual effervescent self!
