Best Romantic Restaurants in Mooroolbark

This was a new experience for us, but we loved the fact that the share plates were big enough for the 2 of us. We originally had chosen 4 shared dishes, but after the first dish, we reduced it to 3. The food was beautiful and certainly plentiful! And our waitress was awesome, highly recommend :-)

We went for Valentine’s Day and on the table was a little note and 2 heart chocolates, a nice little thought. The food is fantastic, very generous serves. We both had Pad Thai, one prawn and one beef. The prawn dish had a very generous serving of prawns and the beef was juicy and tender. The roti was also terrific. The wait staff are lovely, moving around efficiently, quickly and quietly. We will definitely be back.

It was a really lovely restaurant! Beautifully laid out and decorated. The service was amazing as were the drinks and food. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely dinner at Locavore for Valentine's Day. All the dishes we had were so delicious and well cooked. The matching wines we had with them were very nice too. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitly be back again. It is a little gem in Lilydale. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to eat. Very professional service by 2 lovely young people, who were well presented and courteous. Presentation was excellent, food was delicious...make sure you have the special trice dipped in duck fat chips...fantastic. Drinks and dessert were very nice. The place is so nice and has lovely old word ambience with ambient lighting and furniture. Its lovely to sit outside the lawn area on a warm night.
