Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card.     1st off, thanks to Bistro Casanova for being open for Xmas dinner, as a tourist it was much appreciated. Food was excellent, service was excellent, we couldn't decide on which dessert to get, so got all 4 to share between the 5 of us. All were top notch. Would definitely recommend Bistro Casanova to anyone. We drove from Lahinia specifically for Xmas dinner, and it was worth the effort. Thanks for taking care of us! - Mike from Michigan

    Dinner was a full Moroccan experience from the decor, to the food and entertainment. The flavors are delicious and the whole restaurant was invited by the belly dancer and staff to join in dance at the end of the evening.

    Amazing meal, worth a Michelin star or more. The chef is a master who creates unique yet amazing courses that challenge your previous perceptions of food combinations. The time and care that he and his wife put into serving this experience is phenomenal. We have eaten in many top Michelin restaurants and this is as good if not better than all. Highly recommend making the drive to Pa’ia to experience this delicious celebration of food, both local and international- all of the highest quality.
