We are a small, family run restaurant since 2002 specialising in carefully sourced Aberdeen Angus beef from Scottish small highland farms, cooked simply but with flair and attention to detail.Our emphasis is on high quality local ingredients and fresh produce from the best of local suppliers. Amazing staff and service, the staff were incredible, food delicious, fed our dog too, lovely chat with all the staff, couldn't do enough for us. Complimentary oysters and a glass of prosecco, how fantastic, special shout out to the lady at the till with the auburn hair, sorry forgot her name, and Gordon, we were looked after so well, A BIG Thank you to you all. Well definitely be back 😊

A beautiful festive treat. We felt like we’d walked into a Parisian bistro somewhere off Place de la Republic. All the food was awesome (my bourguignon with buttery mash was delicious) and the drinks (rum old fashioned, bottle of Corbiere) were perfect. Add in an attentive service, great ambience and a wedding party, wandering through to rapturous applause, and we had everything to make this a highly memorable and enjoyable lunchtime. Highly recommended. Magnifique!

Lovely, as always! Only one minor complaint though, main course was a tad on the cool side, needed to be piping hot, but apart from that, the standard was the usual high!
