- MMagaliLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy cousin, my daughter and I had the pleasure of being served by Fariz at The Plaza Palm Court, and I cannot say enough good things about him! From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, inviting, and made our entire experience truly memorable. Fariz ensured that we had everything we needed in a timely manner and took the time to thoughtfully explain the menu and all the available options. His attention to detail and warm demeanor made us feel so well cared for throughout our visit. If you're planning a trip to The Plaza, I highly recommend asking for Fariz—you won't be disappointed. He truly elevates the dining experience and leaves a lasting impression!More infoThe Palm Court at The Plaza HotelPrice: Very Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.4

The restaurant was bustling but it felt as if you you stepped back in time with the playlist and menu offerings. Absolutely recommend for anyone traveling with family or friends!More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6
- WwhiskyloverVIPNew York City •13 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI want to shout from the rooftops about this extraordinary gem in NYC's Lower Manhattan - just a stone's throw from City Hall. The general manager of a midtown restaurant recommended we try it because of its extensive collection of Chartreuse and great wine list. To enjoy a dinner with rare 1960s and even a sip of an even earlier bottling of the French liquer would have been worth the trek from UES, but the food alone overseen by head chef John was brilliantly conceived and full of flavor. Each dish was lovingly crafted and presented professionally by the team at Chambers. The divine tuna and equisitely dressed kohlrabi salad were wonderful starters, but the halibut with sunchokes and cheese gnudi entrees were delicious. Desserts, prepared in front of us at the kitchen counter seating, were amazing finales to start iur new year obsession with this special restaurant. We cannot wait to return often as we understand that the menu changes often even though the sommelier in chief's wine list remains a constant that will impress most connoisseurs.More infoChambersPrice: Very Expensive• American• TriBeCa•4.9
- MMikeVIPNew York City •39 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe food was incredible . Umami for sure. The staff was also amazing. The woman who seated and served us was extremely helpful and attentive to everyone in the restaurant at once. She ran that room like a pro to say the least. It was New Year's day as well the place was packed on a holiday and the staff was taking care of a full restaurant and take-out orders that seemed non stop for the 90 minutes we were there. They earned and deserved the Michelin star. And I loved the sketches of the restaurant that were hung throughout the restaurant among the many old photos . Will definitely be back soon.More infoSoothrPrice: Expensive• Thai• East Village•4.7
- CCalvinVIPNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024The dinner was spectacular in every way. Hygge in New York! The atmosphere was cozy, congenial and filled with Christmas cheer. Flowers and soft candle light everywhere. The punterelle salad was perfectly dressed with ample anchovies, the sea bream en papillote was tender and infused with deep flavor. Add a perfectly balanced negroni sbagliatto to start and the evening was perfect.More infoPalmaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.9
