Tujague's is the second oldest restaurant in New Orleans. This French Quarter institution has been serving traditional New Orleans cuisine to locals and visitors alike for more than 160 years.     For apps, we did BBQ Shrimp, Firecracker Tuna Tacos, Lobster Dumplings + Yellowfin Tuna Yakitori. We shared the Scalibut. It was the best dish we had last night. For dessert, we got Bread Pudding + Carajillo. The service did feel a bit pushy. We ordered a bottle of 2022 Pinot Noir, would have liked to “drink in peace”. The restaurant smelled fishy when we entered, guess it’s expected from a seafood establishment.

    Best food we had in New Orleans! Well balanced, great taste and for once (which is very rare in the US apparently), normal portion size instead of those xxxxl portions you get over here. As always a little bit expensive, but definitely worth a visit!

    What a wonderful experience! My sister in law says she always visits Red Fish so we had to go. Our server was fantastic. The food was amazing (remember to order the bread pudding in advance!) and we will be back.

    I have to say I don’t understand all the bad reviews about this place. The food was excellent ( the hanger steak and gulf fish) and the service was lovely. I’ll definitely be back!

    Came here for breakfast on Christmas Day, the food was beyond amazing! Our waitress was amazing as well. The atmosphere was quiet and laid back. Over all a great experience.
