Excellent position and parking (opposite) with very attentive service, good atmosphere and great food, prepared with care.

I arrived and sat at the bar initially. I was told my table is being prepared. I was alone and the restaurant was more than half empty, yet I was made to wait 30 minutes before I prompted them to seat me. I felt this was poor. Once I sat at the table everything was fine but I was alone as I mentioned , had one cocktail while I was waiting (good ploy) and a carafe of wine but found it ridiculously expensive to be honest…£192.00 for one person.

Fantastic meal and our waiter Winfrie I think was exceptional. Took good care of us and his recommendations were spot on.

So pleased we visited this delightful bistro in Marple. We took the train from Manchester having seen their Instagram feed - the menu looked great. It did not disappoint. The menu was small plates and we had 8 between 4 of us. The oysters are a must try! Every dish was explained and unrushed. Perfect and attentive service and just a really friendly place where the style and food totally hit the spot!! Thanks Fold we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
