Truly delightful--Chef Deb Paquette's taste profiles in every dish are exquisitely complimentary. Staff are well-trained and enthused about every dish and seem to enjoy giving customers the best possible experience in the restaurant. For those with food allergies, etc. has an extensive chart of which allergens are in each dish, along with potential substitutions. Creativity continues at the bar with imaginative and bespoke cocktails, mocktails, wines nand fine liquors. Patrons are never rushed for 'table turnover, but expected to linger and savor their time at etc.

The food was great, the restaurant was gorgeous and the dining was fantastic. My only concern is that both times when I have been there, the servers do not seem well trained or very friendly. The host were very nice last when I went, but the other few times when I asked about the wait they came off alittle snobby. That’s my only critique for the place. I think the managers should be held responsible for not encouraging a friendly workplace and not training their staff, so people will actually want to come back.

Outstanding food and service! Plenty of healthy, tasty, and gluten free options for my wife. We will be back.
