- OTOpenTable DinerCoastal Georgia •1 review5.0Dined todayCreative and delicious food, really cool wine list, servers were great. It has been a while since I left a restaurant feeling like I *need* to come back because I didn't get a chance to try everything I wanted, but I did here!More infoTrue ChesapeakePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Hampden•4.7

- FFredrickVIPPhiladelphia County •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe current chef is killing it - there’s always been great individual dishes over DC’s tenure, but this is the first time I feel the overall food program is an equal draw to the already stellar bar. Cocktails on point as usual. Super busy on a Friday, so I appreciate that the wait is a bit longer instead of cutting corners. Also, great to see the co-owner Brendan, aka Admiral Courage, help out and run food. Sign of quality management.More infoDutch CouragePrice: Expensive• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Charles Village•4.8

- TTheresaBaltimore / Maryland •2 reviews5.0Dined on 22 Feb 2025From start to finish, our dinner at Tagliata was exceptional. We began with the charcuterie board, letting our server surprise us with the meat selection, and they did not disappoint. The prosciutto was especially good—not too salty or fatty/stringy—while the darker cured meat was equally delicious. The Fontina and Pecorino paired beautifully with everything. For our second course, my boyfriend had the Caesar salad, which featured fresh anchovies in the dressing, adding a great depth of flavor. I had the Brussels sprout salad, which was fresh, well-balanced, and a great choice before the main course. For entrées, I ordered the Australian Wagyu steak special with bone marrow sauce. It was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and complemented by roasted veggies and mashed potatoes. My boyfriend had the rigatoni alla vodka, which he said was seasoned perfectly. To top it all off, we shared the tiramisu, and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—light, creamy, and full of rich espresso flavor. I didn’t get their names, but the service was attentive and knowledgeable, and the ambiance made for a perfect dining experience. Highly recommendMore infoTagliata RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• Harbor East•4.7
