Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. Love this place , food including for allergies was amazing so delicious! Of course the coffee is fabulous and you can actually hear each other . The baristas and wait staff were knowledgeable kind and went above and beyond . Thanks for a beautiful experience . Definitely book !

I recently visited Elements Bar and Grill in Haberfield for lunch and had a great experience overall. The food was absolutely delicious—well-prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff were also wonderful—attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was the noise level in the restaurant, which made it a bit difficult to hear each other and fully enjoy our lunch. I’d love to suggest implementing some sound-absorbing measures, like adding acoustic panels, soundproof curtains, or even soft furnishings that can help reduce the echo and overall noise in the space. That said, I’ll definitely be back once some of these adjustments are in place because the food and service were truly fantastic. Looking forward to an even better experience next time!
