Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. From there, Thomas went on to work at Michelin star restaurants including Le Violon d’Ingres* in Paris and El Chaflán in Madrid, meanwhile Vince set his sights on Australia, and moved from Ninkasi Brewery in Lyon to the Little Brewing Co. in Port Macquarie in 2010, followed by the Flat Rock Brew Café. Dining here was amazing!! So once to have local jazz and delicious food offered locally. It is usually something I travel into the city CBD for but look no further! The staff were so proactive in helping and serving, not the mention the food was delicious. I really hope they keep the Sunday night jazz and cocktail deal as it was definitely a seller for making me a repeat customer.

We visited during the Mothers Day buffet offer. Amazing value and great variety of foods to meet every family members taste buds. The staff were incredible, checking how we were gong, offering assistance and making sure everyone enjoyed themselves and the food. Food was topped up, hot and delicious AT ALL TIMES. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My Mother’s Day felt so special that we will do this again! Highly recommended buffet.
