Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. This has been the best experience food wise at Christmas for me. The array of food that was on show, all beautifully showcased. The oysters, may I add, were chilled, prawns and crab were sweet and fresh. The amount of food showcased was bountiful and I didn't even get through half of what was on offer. All I know is that I had the best experience, it wasn't crowded, it was 10/10 and not anything like a food court, but a 5 star restaurant. Desserts, cheese platters, fruit...I didn't even get to unfortunately. It was a foodies dream and coming home, a clean house. No stress leading up to Christmas, it was all done in house and I walked away content and will do again.
