Best Seasonal Restaurants in The Venetian and Palazzo

We recently dined at Ramsey’s Kitchen at Harrah’s. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more delicious and elegant experience. First , the wait staff was fantastic. They were so personable and professional at the same time. They anticipated our every need. The lead waiter explained what everything was , and even took our pictures at the end. It was our joint birthday celebration and they put candles on the delicious sticky toffee Pudding. The food was melt in your mouth good. We had the three course prix fix. We both had delicious butternut squash soup. I had the petit beef Wellington. My husband had the salmon. Both entrees were cooked to perfection. The sides were great and presented on the plate like works of art. I mentioned the sticky pudding which is Gordon’s mother’s family recipe. An overall Fantastic dining experience. Treat yourself to this wonderful restaurant.

We had a wonderful meal at Canonita in The Venetian. I am celiac and was able to enjoy a delicious and safe meal. I had chips with salsa and guacamole to start with. The chips were corn and confirmed to be safe for celiacs. I really enjoyed the salsa. It was smoky and a little spicy. I ordered grilled fish tacos on corn tortillas for my main course. The waiter said that the head chef would be walking my meal through the kitchen to ensure it was safe. The chef even brought my meal to the table. It was some of the freshest and tastiest fish I have ever eaten. My husband (not celiac) had the chicken mole. He loves mole and said it was some of the best he’s ever eaten. We both highly recommend this restaurant.

We didn’t get a chance to sit on out favorite server section (Corey) but it was still nice. The shrimp and grits is what I come for but they were missing something this time.

It has a good atmosphere - and the service was good.
