Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Brunswick

Always great food and even though the restaurant was extremely busy we were well taken care of as if we were the only guests that the waitstaff had to care for. Food as always, was delicious.

Three of us dined on Thursday evening. We shared two appetizers, calamari and oysters. Both were prepared GF so that I could eat them, too. Delicious! My daughter and I shared the beet salad with goat cheese-yummy and my husband enjoyed the crab soup. My husband had the evening special preparation of the Wahoo and my daughter and I split the bacon -poached preparation of the Wahoo. We all loved our selection. Couldn’t finish the meal without having at least a bite or two of the coconut chocolate pie. Soooo good! Great food and April, our server, while being very busy with what appeared to be the entire dining room, was attentive and friendly.

Service and food were amazing. Loved the shrimp basket, lamb lollipops and the braise of the day delivered great flavor. The portions are huge and great value for the money.

Coast is the main restaurant at the Ritz Carlton. So is you dine early, there will probably be a good number of kids running around. However, if the weather allows, you can eat outside (covered) so that the noise isn’t as much of an issue. The food and service are both excellent. Blake is an amazing waiter!

This was not our first time dining at Salt. What is amazing is that the staff remembers us from previous visits. We are always assured that our dinner will be presented and cooked magnificently. We are enthusiastically anticipating the newly remodeled Salt to open later this month!!!
