- JJoellNashville •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIncredible!! This was our first time at Harper’s and it was so good. The service and food were both fantastic. Our server (I wish I could remember her name because she was wonderful and treated us well) did a fantastic job describing the menu items. She even showed kindness to us as we celebrated our 18th anniversary with some champagne and crème brûlée. The oysters were perfection, the Caesar was delightful, and the lobster ravioli was amazing! The steak was like butter! The one thing we didn’t love were the Brussels sprouts - we like basic seared Brussels and these had a sauce that was a bit too heavy for us. However, everything else was great. We are locals and will definitely go back. Thanks for a great experience.More infoHarper'sPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8
- DDarioVIPNashville •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFantastic variety and inventiveness, as always - the Iberico Solomillo was just outstanding, as was the octopus. Just about everything was memorable. Super friendly service. It is not surprising that some Nashville chefs list Peninsula as their favorite place to dine out.More infoPeninsulaPrice: Expensive• Modern European• East Nashville•4.9

The shrimp cocktail was fresh, the cocktails were good- might have been better for a spot like this to have a mixologist on staff. The bread was amazing- however the truffle butter was over powering. Ordered a burger, bun was cheap- need to step up the bun and cheese game. The fries weren’t fresh cut, no onion rings on the menu- this is a steak house! In my party we ordered 2 different steaks and two sides. Corn bread wasn’t done all the way though, was soggy and underdone in center, creamed spinach was served in a small square bowl slopped on the side. Minor presentation things to work on. The salads we ordered weren’t show stoppers bacon bits from the freezer not lardons tossed in an abundance of dressing- instead of served on the side. Ordered the Freddie and the wedge. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great- but this spot didn’t earn my seal of approval to return or send people their way.More infoJeff Ruby's Steakhouse - NashvillePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.9
- DDeeAnnVIPSan Diego •30 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis place is a very special dining experience. Nowhere can you find a spot with live jazz and mellow music in the middle of the dining room. This type of thing seems like a bygone era but not at the Scull. Stepping inside is like entering an alternate universe with old brick walls, creaking wood floors and upscale dining in an environment that is unique and beyond explanation. The menu offers many options, and pricing is high, but you are paying for an experience and atmosphere that is priceless. We made a reservation and visited the week before Christmas so the musical entertainers played a variety of holiday songs along with old world favorites from the likes of Frand Sinatra to Johnny Cash. I can't say enough good things about this place other than to say you must go and see for yourself.More infoSkull's Rainbow RoomPrice: Expensive• French American• Downtown•4.8
- JJackieSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoEnjoyed the Peloached Pear. Australian Wagyu was delicious and totally worth the price difference from the filet (which my daughter got so we could compare). Brussel sprouts were phenomenal. Chocolate cake isn't too sweet / rich; a good balance. Definitely want to come back to try more items. Cocktails looked great. Music was nice, and the service was great as well.More infoSinatra Bar & LoungePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8
